Information we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors find us. It collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and referring site, using cookies or similar identifiers. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Affiliate click counts. When you click a link to Amazon, we record the page, the link and the time, so we know which guides are useful. We don’t record your name, email or IP address with these clicks.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Calculators. Everything you type into our calculators stays in your browser. It is not sent to us.

Affiliate partners

When you follow an affiliate link, the retailer (for example, Amazon) may set its own cookies to attribute the purchase. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s tracking protection, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fully without cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
